Questions we get about pricing.
What does 'flat-rate' actually mean here?
It means you pay the same price each month no matter how often you audit, how many findings you generate, or how much your ad spend grows. No credits, no overage, no per-action billing. We deliberately do not benefit when you spend more on ads.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No, because the Free tier is the trial. You can run a full audit on a real account, see the top 3 findings, and decide whether the full list is worth $49/month. We would rather you start free than commit to a trial that auto-charges.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Yes, anytime, from the customer portal. No call required. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your audit data is yours to export until 30 days after cancellation.
Do you offer an annual plan?
Not in year 1. We need the monthly churn signal to know when an audit isn't delivering value. We will revisit this once we have a year of usage data.
What about teams?
Team seats ship in the Agency tier. The Pro tier is intended for one operator. If you have a 2-3 person growth team, Pro covers it; if you have a larger team or you are an agency, Agency is the right fit.
What is not included in any tier?
Anything that violates the seven trust commitments. No affiliate links, no in-product ads, no take-rate on your ad spend, no automation that writes to your account.
