1. The service
Honest Growth provides a read-only Meta Ads account auditor and advisory tool. We surface findings and recommendations; you implement any changes yourself in Meta Ads Manager. We do not write to, or make changes in, your ad account.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to provide any ad-account data you give us. Do not upload or connect data for ad accounts you do not own or manage without explicit written permission from the account owner. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
3. Subscription and payment
The audit has a free tier. Paid plans, when you choose one, are billed monthly via Stripe and recur until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal and keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are flat-rate and never a percentage of your ad spend. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.
4. Advisory only — not a guarantee
Honest Growth is an advisory tool. Findings are recommendations based on the data you provide; they are not guarantees of any outcome. We do not warrant that acting on a finding will improve your account performance. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make in your ad account.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to it; do not use it to violate Meta's terms of service or any applicable law; and do not resell or redistribute the service except under an Agency plan that expressly permits it.
6. Intellectual property
The Honest Growth service, including its detection engine, is our intellectual property. The methodology pages are published openly for you to read and cite. Your data — the exports you upload and the audits generated from them — remains yours; we claim no ownership of it and use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every issue in an account.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost ad spend.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Honest Growth harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, including connecting or uploading data for an ad account you were not authorized to provide.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You can close your account from your dashboard; we may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms. On termination, we delete your data per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
13. General
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Honest Growth regarding the service. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
