What's happening

Mira, your ad set has four ads running. One of them (Glow Ritual v3) is getting 76% of all the impressions — about 4× more than the next ad. But when you look at the math, it's actually converting worse than the others (1.42% vs 2.06%).

What happened: Meta saw that ad get an early win, decided it was the winner, and stopped giving the others a fair chance. If you respond by pausing the 'losing' ads to focus on the 'winner,' you'll actually delete your real top performers. The fix is one click in Ads Manager — duplicate the ad set so Meta starts fresh.

How to fix it

Step-by-step, in Meta Ads Manager. No external tools needed.

  1. Duplicate the ad set in Meta Ads Manager with all 4 ads intact.
  2. In the duplicate, set placement to manual and enable Advantage+ creative randomization.
  3. Allocate 50% of the original budget to the duplicate. Run both for 14 days.
  4. Compare per-ad CR in both ad sets. If siblings show higher CR in the duplicate, shift spend over and retire the original.
  5. Going forward, launch new creative into a fresh duplicate, not into the existing ad set.
